Holidays are always to busy and it’s nice to have something yummy and warm for breakfast on special days. These Holiday Breakfast Breads are a wonderful change from the usual banana bread or pumpkin bread. Holiday breakfast bread has the same moist texture as banana bread but it’s filled with pineapple, bananas, coconut and pecans. If you have a nut allergy you can just omit the pecans.
I like to make them ahead of time and put them in the freezer. Then I just pull one out when guests are visiting the night before. You can serve it plain or I like it with a little cream cheese spread on it. It’s enough by itself or with eggs and fruit.
