Baked Ravioli Bruschetta

by Kelley Wilson Filed Under: Appetizers & Dips, Recipes 3 Comments

During the holidays, it's a crazy time and sometimes you just need to find easy solutions. Let's face it though everyone wants to bring a bang up appetizer that looks like you spent time on it. This Baked Ravioli Bruschetta is a show stopper, but you won't believe how easy it is!

Baked Ravioli Bruschetta - quick and easy and no one will know it took less than 15 minutes to make!

This recipe only takes 4 ingredients and they are all premade. I used Farm Rich Frozen Baked Ravioli, store bought pesto, diced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. I baked the toasted Ravioli for 10 minutes then just added a dab of store bought pesto, a few diced tomatoes, and some shredded mozzarella. Then I put them under the broiler to melt the cheese. It was seriously that simple!

Don't worry if you don't use all your pesto, one of my favorite tips for any time of year is to take leftovers and put them in an ice cube tray. Put it in the freezer overnight then pop them into a zip-top bag. You can pull them out any time to use in other recipes. My favorite time saver at holiday parties or any party is to put all the silverware in tin buckets. It makes it easy for guests to grab and looks great. It also saves you time from wrapping them in napkins and tying them with ribbon. Just tie a ribbon on the bucket handle and throw in the forks, knives, or spoons.
