  • 3 cans of Great Northern Beans drained
  • 2 4 oz. cans diced green chilies
  • 1 1/4 or one large diced onion
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 tsp. cumin
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper depending on your heat tolerance
  • 1/8 tsp. or a pinch of ground cloves
  • 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese plus extra for topping
  • Toppings
  • Chopped Cilantro
  • Sour Cream
  • Grated Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Corn Chips

Directions

  1. Remove pork tenderloins from the packaging and place on a solid surface cutting board to prevent contamination.
  2. Dice pork loins into 1" pieces and place into the bottom of your crock pot.
  3. Pour in chicken stock, green chilies, onion, and garlic.
  4. Drain beans and place them in the slow cooker.
  5. Stir in cumin, ground cloves, cayenne pepper and oregano.
