Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Spray a 10" springform pan with non-stick spray and line the bottom with parchment paper
Microwave 2 box's of SeaPak Shrimp Scampi for 3 minutes each just to get the sauce melted. The shrimp will finish cooking in the oven
In a medium sized saucepan over medium heat melt butter until foaming.
Whisk in flour until combined and continue whisking until it's smooth and slightly golden
Gradually add milk and heavy cream, increase heat to medium-high and whisk constantly until it is combined to a smooth sauce
Bring mixture to a low boil then turn to medium-low and simmer until slightly thickened.
Start adding 1 1/2 cups grated Mozzarella and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan a handful at a time until the sauce is smooth. Whisk in 1/4 tsp ground black pepper and remove from the heat
In a large bowl whisk 4 eggs
Add cooked spaghetti, SeaPak Shrimp Scampi, Alfredo sauce, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and salt until well combined
Pour into the springform pan and top with remaining cheese.
Place springform pan on a cookie sheet and cover with aluminum foil, place in oven
Bake for 40 minutes and remove foil. Bake for 20 more minutes to allow the top to lightly brown and crisp.
Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before removing from spring form pan and sliding onto a serving platter.
