2/3c.plain Greek yogurt
2/3c.milkuse whatever type you prefer
1c.fresh or frozen berriesstrawberries, blueberries, blackberries
2Tbsp.chia seedsoptional
1Tbsp.honey
iceuse if using fresh berries, omit if using frozen berries
Toppings:
fresh berries
granola
Directions
In a blender, add the yogurt, milk, berries, chia seeds, honey and ice (if necessary). Blend until smooth. Smoothie will be thick. Top with additional berries and your favorite type of granola.
