Becky's Paleo Snack Mix
a healthy but satisfying snack blend with dark chocolate
Prep Time 10 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes
- 1 cup walnuts broken into pieces
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 1/2 cups sunflower seeds
- 1 1/2 cups raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 1/2 cups dried cherries*
- 2 cups Ghirardelli dark chocolate baking chips
Pour ingredients into a bowl or a large container with a cover
Mix with your hands or put the top on and shake.
Leave in covered container or portion out into zipper bags
I prefer cherries but you can use cranberries, blueberries, raisins or mixed berries.
