Crockpot Buffalo Chicken

Crockpot buffalo chicken is juicy tangy and made with only 3 ingredients it's so easy. Make buffalo chicken sliders, wraps or your favorite dip with it

Ingredient List

  • 4-6 fresh or frozen chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle 16 oz Moores Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk Dressing Mix
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Buns or Hoagie rolls of your choice
  • Red Onion
  • Blue Cheese Crumbles

Directions

  1. Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Pour the Wing Sauce over the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the top.
  4. Cover and let set slow cook on low for 6 hours
  5. Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred it with 2 forks. This can also be done in the slow cooker if your's is not non-stick
  6. Put shredded chicken back in crock pot and drop in 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  7. Cook for an additional 30 minutes to an hour.
  8. Spoon shredded buffalo chicken on the bottom bun and top with red onion and blue cheese.
