As a mom, we all struggle with time. There is just never enough in any day to get it all done and many times I will find it’s 5:00 and I still have no idea what I am going to make for dinner! Let’s face it we wish we could do it all, but there is always something else to do. Frankly, we will never get to the bottom of that list, it just keeps on going. I have found that making a meal plan for the week and getting most of what I need in one big shopping trip helps a lot, so I made this weekly menu planner and grocery shopping list printable that helps get it done. When it comes to making dinner easy and you step into the frozen food section are you worried about it being healthy? I try to be conscious as much as possible without being crazy about it. Currently in our home we have sports practices 4 out of 5 weeknights which can make it hard to get a quick meal on the table and as a blogger who makes recipes all the time quite frankly I get in ruts and the last thing I want to do is cook! Can you relate? Is this how your wish every dinner looked all the time?Get a free weekly menu planner and shopping list and see how to make life easier during busy weeks

I have found that sitting down on the weekend and making a menu for the week helps me to focus and not worry about it. I then make a shopping list and go to the store Monday Morning. The other day I was at Kroger and picked up a Michael Angelo’s Eggplant Parmesan and Lasagna with Meat Sauce. Kroger is having a Taste of Italy Event through October 13th. Check out their website for coupons, recipes and more. Italian food always makes my mouth water. Michael Angelo’s family dinners are made in small batches with no preservatives or artificial ingredients so I know they are the right choice for my family when I need a quick and hearty meal. They take only 35 minutes to cook in the oven which was enough time to make a salad, garlic bread and set the table to eat together. Eating together is important, but hard to do sometimes. I had the eggplant parmesan and it was loaded with layers of eggplant, cheese, and rich tomato sauce.YUMMMM!Get a free weekly menu planner and shopping list and see how to make life easier during busy weeks

I’m all about grocery lists, I make one weekly. I am trying to delve into the world of meal planning but it can be rather difficult with sports, homework, and events that pop up here and there. I love having quick, go to meals for nights when we are too busy to really, really cook. Michael Angelo’s is a great option. Thank you for sharing!
