Cucumber Salad

Old Fashioned Cucumber Salad - this quick salad is a perfect side dish for any meal
 Spring is here and I love all the fresh veggies that start to be available. In the south, it starts to get really hot and I was in the mood for something light to eat. I dug through my fridge drawers and put together one of my favorite recipes, old fashioned cucumber salad. Old Fashioned Cucumber Salad - this quick salad is a perfect side dish for any mealIt is crisp and refreshing and with only four ingredients it’s quick to make! It goes with anything and is the perfect side dish on a hot day. It stores well and easily taken to the park or picnics. All you have to do is chop up cucumbers, red onion, tomatoes and add Italian dressing.
 
 
Cucumber Salad

Ingredient List
  • 2 medium sized tomatoes cut into 1" pieces
  • 2 cucumbers peeled and sliced in 1/2 and then sliced in 1/2 rounds
  • 1/2 Red Onion sliced
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Light Italian Dressing
Directions
  1. Toss together all ingredients and serve
