Cucumber Salad

by Kelley Wilson Filed Under: Recipes, Salads and Sandwiches, Side Dishes 14 Comments

Spring is here and I love all the fresh veggies that start to be available. In the south, it starts to get really hot and I was in the mood for something light to eat. I dug through my fridge drawers and put together one of my favorite recipes, old fashioned cucumber salad. Old Fashioned Cucumber Salad - this quick salad is a perfect side dish for any mealIt is crisp and refreshing and with only four ingredients it's quick to make! It goes with anything and is the perfect side dish on a hot day. It stores well and easily taken to the park or picnics. All you have to do is chop up cucumbers, red onion, tomatoes and add Italian dressing.
