Slowcooker Shredded Beef Tacos

This recipe for slow cooker shredded beef tacos is one of the easiest recipes I have ever made and one of our favorites. I found it in a magazine years ago  and I know it by heart you will see why soon. I am sorry I could not find the original in my files to give credit.

Here are the ingredients!

1 Chuck Roast
2 Jars of Salsa your choice ( I use Pace and like to do one green and one red)
2 Heaping tablespoon Chili Powder ( you can add more if you like it spicy)

Throw your chuck roast in the crock pot, add 2 jars of salsa on top and then sprinkle the chili powder over it. Cook on low for 6-8 hours

See all that juice and tender meat, it’s sooooooo good!

 Serve these slowcooker shredded beef tacos with any toppings you would usually use, cheese, lettuce, pico, sour cream, guac or diced avocado. These are so good and the kids love them too!

    mmmmmmm, I LOVE shredded beef tacos, but, have never made them at home.What size are the Pace jars, and, is the meat pretty 'hot'? Thanks for sharing!
