OK so I must admit I am not a big watcher of the Olympics. Must be because I am not a huge fan of sports, hence the reason I don't exercise much and am pleasingly plump! So I thought in honor of the upcoming Olympics I would share some of the great stuff others are doing. I do plan to catch some of the womens soccer and gymnastics, my book club just read Off Balance by Dominique Moceanu a very interesting look into the life of an Olympic gymnast and what it takes for children to get there.
