The first week of May is Teacher Appreciation Week, I wish I had gotten this out on Monday for you but I was in the bed Monday thru Wednesday with Strep! I was inspired by the post at Rachel Berry and pinned it.
When teacher appreciation week came along I went to Homegoods and got a great huge plastic wine glass, then I got out my Cricut and made some dots and an initial using the George and Lyrical Letters Cartridge.

Then I put in about 300 pencils and in the middle I hid another treat
Then I wrapped it in celophane and put on a pretty gold ribbon. With it would have been a card but being sick didn't get it made. The card would have said "Thanks for being such a sharp teacher, you really take the cake!"
Even without the card she loved the gift and hey she can always put in a bottle of wine and a straw during the summer break so it serves a dual purpose!
